- Risk of loss and title to products pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier

- We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occur while the order is in the custody of the shipping carrier

 

If your package is reported missing, lost, damaged, or stolen after hand‑off to USPS, DHL, or any other carrier, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, in line with the guidance on our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges pages.
